Product descriptions are compiled from manufacturer data and have been accurately written to describe the items for sale. In the rare event of an product inaccuracy our maximum liability will be a full refund of the item's purchase price.
PRICING
Eco Baby Gear tries to offer you products at fair prices. In the rare event that a product or shipping price is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel an order or perform a billing adjustment after notification to you.

SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES
We ship via most major delivery carriers, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and a few others. Once your order is placed it is usually processed in (1 - 2 days) then allowed (7-10 business days) shipping time to arrive to you. If you need a faster shipping method, give us a call so we can assist your needs. In some product purchases, particularly for furniture or other large items these items come directly from the vendor and could take more time to be shipped depending on manufactures stock, inventory and/or levels. In these rare events we hope you can be patience and know we are working hard to get your products to you as soon as possible. We do like to encourage you place your larger items or furniture items as early as possible to avoid any unforeseen delays.
*REQUIRED SHIPPING COSTS
In some purchases, particularly for furniture or other large items, some of our vendors require us to charge a shipping cost to our customers regardless of any free shipping offers. We charge you the very minimum amount required by our vendors.

Our shopping cart has the ability for you to post reviews on products. In the event that you post reviews about our products we hope you do it in a legal manner. All information posted by you must not be illegal, obscene, self-promotional, abusive, or otherwise offensive to third parties.
